Session 1: The Big Picture

Using the DISC Model of Human Behavior, we will teach your teens strategies to affect change in their activities of daily living. The focus is how the ABC's of life will provide teens with the tools they need to thrive- not just academically but socially and emotionally as well!

Session 2: Meet Yourself

This session will include:

Analysis of Student DISCovery Report
Your teen will develop a better understanding of how they are hard wired
School Focus: Organization Strategies so they can stay on top of schoolwork

Session 3: Connecting with Others... in school and beyond the classroom.

Why does my teen seem get along so well with some and stuggle to connect with others?

This session will focus on improving their communication skills so they better understand their peers and teachers.

School Focus: We can help your child to successfully collaborate with many different teachers, each with many different teaching styles and requiring many different routines and expectations!

The workshop is designed to help your teen improve their organization, communication, and social-emotional skills. 🌟 Through the DISC Personality Assessment, they’ll learn more about their unique strengths and how to apply them to their schoolwork and relationships with teachers and friends. 📚👥

🤓 What is the DISC Personality Assessment?

The DISC Assessment is a tool that helps your teen understand their unique personality style. 🎨 By learning if they are more Dominant, Influencing, Steady, or Cautious, they’ll be able to better manage their interactions and expectations with others. It's fun, informative, and eye-opening! 🔍✨

👫 How will this help my teen socially?

Teens often struggle with communication and fitting in. With DISC, they’ll understand themselves better and learn how to connect with others in a way that builds stronger, healthier relationships—whether it's with friends, teachers, or family members. 💬💞

🎒 Is this workshop just for teens struggling in school?

Not at all! 🙅‍♂️ This workshop is for any teen who wants to improve their communication, organization, and overall confidence. Whether they’re excelling or having a hard time, these skills are useful for everyone! 🌈

⏳ How long is the workshop?

The workshop will be held over three weeks, with one online session per week. Each session will last about an hour. Your teen can easily fit it into their schedule without feeling overwhelmed! 🗓️✨

💻 Is this workshop live or pre-recorded?

This is a live online workshop! Your teen will be able to ask questions, interact with others, and get real-time feedback. They’ll feel supported every step of the way! 🗣️👩‍💻

🖥️ What does my teen need to participate?

All they need is a computer or tablet and an internet connection! They can participate from the comfort of home. ☕🏡

💸 How much does it cost?

The total cost for the workshop is $99. This includes the DISC Personality Assessment and the materials for each session🎯✨ It’s an investment in your teen’s future success!

👀 Can parents join in or watch the sessions?

While the workshop is designed specifically for teens, we’ll keep parents updated on what’s covered each week. You can also request a family follow-up session, to continue the conversation at home! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💬

🤷‍♀️ What if my child cannot attend all 3 sessions? 🤷‍♀️

No worries! 🙌 Each session will be recorded, so if your teen has to miss one, they can catch up at their own pace. We also provide session recaps and follow-up activities to ensure they stay on track! 📹✏️

We want you and your teen to feel confident in your investment! If for any reason you need to cancel before the workshop begins, we offer a full refund (less any fees).
