One of the biggest gaps in today’s education system is the lack of understanding of personality differences, which plays a crucial role in how teens interact, collaborate, and grow.

Research shows that technical skills—like intelligence and education—account for just 15% of success in the workplace. The remaining 85% comes from people skills, including communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
